Missy's Bio

Missy Chicre is the Chief Executive Officer at Menttium Corporation, a woman-owned and woman-led professional mentoring company. She is a curious, passionate, authentic leader who strives to create positive change in individuals and in organizations. Missy sets the vision and strategic direction for Menttium, which has been the leader in mentoring for over three decades. Missy is committed to Menttium’s mission to enrich lives and strengthen organizations through innovative mentoring experiences. Under her leadership, Menttium adopts a human-centered approach to help organizations develop, engage, and retain their key talent.

 

With two decades of experience influencing change in large corporations, Missy has held various roles in Human Resources across the U.S. and Latin America. Her expertise spans Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Talent Management, and HR Transformation at industry leaders such as Cargill, Best Buy, and Accenture. Missy cares deeply about the development and advancement of women. As a working mom, she is particularly passionate about helping working mothers navigate careers and motherhood. Missy has participated in Chief and is currently a member of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ) BizWomen Leadership Council. Honored as a Top 50 Women Chief Executive Officer of 2025 by Women We Admire, Missy is a sought-after voice in leadership development. She shares her expertise on mentoring and gender equity as a conference speaker, podcast guest, LinkedIn Top Mentoring Voice, and through various publications. Missy has been featured on WCCO I CBS News Minnesota and her insights on mentoring are featured in Alison Fragale’s 2024 best-selling book, Likeable Badass: How Women Get The Success They Deserve.

 

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Missy holds a master’s degree in Hispanic literature from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University. Missy serves on the Board of Directors for Twin Cities ROCK (Raising Our Celiac Kids), a local non-profit that brings education, awareness and resources to families who have children with Celiac Disease.

 

Missy resides in the Minneapolis suburbs, living a bilingual, bicultural, interfaith life with her husband and two children.

Dana's Bio

Dana Gaulke is a passionate connector and leadership development professional who thrives on helping people feel seen, heard, and valued. As Director of Relationship Management, she partners closely with client organizations to design and deliver high-touch mentoring experiences that develop, engage, and retain key talent.

 

Dana brings more than 15 years of experience in talent development, leadership coaching, and human-centered program design. Prior to joining Menttium, she led talent strategy and leadership development initiatives at UnitedHealth Group and spent over a decade at Wells Fargo in various learning and development roles. She also runs her own executive coaching practice, where she empowers individuals to discover their strengths, navigate challenges, and lead with authenticity.

 

Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep belief in the transformative power of connection and belonging. Dana’s work is driven by a desire to create meaningful spaces where people can bring their whole selves to what they do—and thrive in the process.

 

Dana is a member of TroopHR and has served as a coach for Boon Health. She holds certifications in leadership and development coaching and brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and creativity to her work.

 

Based in Minnesota, Dana enjoys life with her family and brings warmth, energy, and purpose to every connection she makes.
